We’ll explore how the rain shadow of the Cascades, the high desert of Walla Walla, and Washington’s wonderfully dramatic landscape help produce everything from elegant whites to bold, beautiful reds.

Ever wanted to be one of those pro wine tasters who can say things like, "this reminds me of an overripe peach" or "this wine has hints of sea spray"? Even if you haven't, this is a great way to learn the science behind what we taste when we taste wines. One of the best ways to do that is to give yourself a reference point! We'll be putting your nose to the test with various mineral and earth notes so that we can create a core scent library. We'll then apply our knowledge to some delicious wines!

This month we’ll be doing a mini wine dinner for you, flight & bite style! What’s a Flight & Bite? Well, it’s a flight of four wines paired with four small bites so that you can enjoy a tasting menu at your own pace. Save your seat by grabbing a ticket at the link below.

The California flight and bite will feature some of our favorite wines from Napa, Sonoma, Sta. Lucia Highlands, and Santa Barbara. This four wine - four bite experience will be $75 per person.
