Coming to us from Cherrystone Aqua-Farms with plots around the Chesapeake Bay, we’ve got James River Wild oysters in house now. At $1 a shell, these guys are great for roasting, grilling, or enjoying on the half shelf with a dash of hot sauce and spritz of lemon.

Atlantic Salmon from across the pond! Perfect for pan searing, grilling, or smoking, this mild, buttery Salmon hails from the cold waters off the coast of Scotland. While farm raised, it is done so under the strictest of sustainability and quality standards.
