Bone-in Cowboy Cut Prime Ribeye (Certified Angus Beef)

Cowboy Cut Ribeye ($29.99/lb)

This USDA Prime Ribeye is bone-in (that’s what makes it a Cowboy Cut), packed with compound butter, and ready for the grill! Sourced from Certified Angus Beef raised on ranches in South Carolina and Iowa, these steaks have incredible marbling, flavor, and tenderness. If you’re looking for our Chef recommending preparation, try dropping it in your sous vide for about 2 hours at 120 degrees, then transfer to the grill for that perfect crust.

Sustainable, Wild Caught Mahi-Mahi Filets

Mahi-Mahi Fillet ($27.99/lb)

Coming from sub-tropical waters all around the world, this week’s Mahi-Mahi (also known as the Dorado or Dolphin Fish) is sustainably sourced and wild-caught. It’s leanness and firm texture make it perfect for most cooking methods. Our favorite? Break down your fillet into medallions, season with a dry rub of cumin and coriander, and pop it in the oven for a bit… when done, it’s the perfect centerpiece for fish tacos!

Steamed P.E.I. Mussels are a perfect, no fuss summer dinner.

P.E.I. Mussels ($4.50/lb)

Coming from the colder, nutrient rich waters off the coast of Prince Edward Island, Canada, these shiny, black shelled beauties are known for their sweet, slightly salty flavor. Take a stab at a classic french preparation and add mussels, butter, shallot, and garlic to a steam pot (or any stock pot with a lid!) with your favorite white wine. Once your mussels have popped open, top with fresh herbs and a bit of lemon zest and serve with crusty bread.
